These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Products and Availability


We offer matcha, vitamins, skincare, and sportswear. Product descriptions, photos, and pricing are provided with care, but small differences in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Prices and Payment

 • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.

 • Additional delivery or shipping costs will be shown before checkout.

 • We accept payment via credit card, Klarna, Ideal

 • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

 

4. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation


After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement becomes binding once we send a shipping confirmation.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

 • Orders are shipped within 7 working days after payment, unless otherwise stated.

 • Deliveries are made within the Netherlands and EU countries.

 • If delivery is delayed, we will inform you promptly.

 • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.


6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email us at [insert email] with your order number and intention to return.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days.


Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 • Sealed skincare or vitamins once opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

 • Perishable goods such as matcha once opened

 • Customised or personalised products

 

7. Returns and Refunds

 • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 • Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

 • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

 

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at bleauvie@gmail.com

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

 

9. Product Safety and Use

All products are intended for personal use only.

 • Vitamins and supplements should be used according to instructions on the packaging.

 • They are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical treatment.

 • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

 • Skincare products should be patch-tested before use.

 

10. Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet the reasonable expectations of quality and durability under Dutch law.

If a product is defective within a reasonable period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use our products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY 

1. Delivery Timeline

Our team is dedicated to delivering your Bleauvie items as soon as possible to your door. Please note that shipping will commence 14 days from your order date. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Origin & Couriers

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We work with PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS to ensure your packages arrive safely through a secured and traceable method. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. 

3. Customs for Non-EU Countries

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that any additional customs fees, tariffs, or duties charged upon arrival are not included in our pricing. We recommend consulting your local customs office for details regarding any additional charges that may apply to your package.

4. Important Notes

We apologize for any potential delivery delays. However, Bleauvie will not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Sales periods and national holidays Carrier or customs delays Product availability Credit card authorization issues Governmental sanctions or policies Weather conditions and other force majeure events

5. Address Accuracy & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bleauvie is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. We also cannot re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.
